Current: I participated in the project vision, scope, budget, and implementation of cutting edge manufacturing technology. Managed the analysis of all business processes related to cost and efficient business and work processes and schedules, provided technical assistance for project schedules and documentation as well as monitoring progress to assess need for any re-engineering needed to optimize production, provided procurement work flow (foreign and domestic) and cost analysis to forecast and estimate needed parts and inventory, write job requirements and specifications, set up and monitored facilities use schedules, and anticipated and scheduled subcontractors. I was also involved with the design of computer driven product drawings that provided for continued refinement of part design. Besides managing all the analysis of the processes that related to this company, I was responsible for management presentations and training materials.
