The teams cover Commercial, Financial, Online, Business Intelligence and Database applications. The application software includes SAP, CRM Dynamics, Sharepoint, .Net, SSRS/SSAS and a range of lesser known third party software. An important part of the job is to ensure that Bauer is using the right products in the right way for maximum business benefits. And that the teams are structured and managed to meet Bauer's business goals.

IT Manager who led a combined outfit of 20 staff within the Infrastructure operation. Teams included SAP/Finance, Web/Internet, Database and Server teams. These team enabled the Newspaper and Online businesses to function and prosper over a 7 year period.

Built up a team in a new startup company. Responsible for the analysis, design, architecture and implementation of the European part of the global Data Warehouse. Set up the development, test and production systems and associated processes.

Developed software for a number of well known British businesses. Led a team of 10 staff responsible for planning, allocating, testing and delivering the enhancements to the applications. Delivered a series of new software enhancements that helped business productivity.
