My family has been serving and protecting clients for over 50 years. So I grew up in the industry, and along with my brother have continued to develop our agency for a new generation of clients. I’m proud to spend my days helping businesses and individuals take the actions they need to protect their assets and gain peace of mind. In addition to growing our agency from a single office to four branches—becoming the largest Nationwide agency in Rhode Island—we have recruited a supportive staff and built a collaborative agency environment that prioritizes customer service. We really think of ourselves as a client-focused team, and we understand that we succeed only when our customers get the services they most need. Though I wear a lot of hats as the primary agent, I’m always happiest working with clients. I extend what I’ve learned from my client connections to all my roles at the office by: • finding a way to say “yes” and figuring out what it takes to get there • working directly with clients to ensure their needs are met • bringing in new business and cultivating our satellite offices Outside of work, beaches, blue skies and blue waters keep me energized—one reason I like to keep a fish tank in my office. I also like the discipline that comes with keeping a routine. I’ve enjoyed playing cards with the same group of friends for the last two decades, and I start every workday off with a pre-dawn gym workout. Specialties include: client relationships | team building | sales leadership
