  As CFO, I assure our executive team is making steady progress on our vision and strategy. I maintain business models and KPI's for a clear picture of project & operational execution. I take part in business development and spread the gospel of usability in digital tools. We use Design Thinking so our clients empower their users by building the right things. (We often also build those digital things for them.) This creates business value by way of quicker adoption rates, lower cost of ownership and support, and of course, satisfaction and referrals. When I'm not being serious like this I am also in charge of metaphors and too-soon humour.
