With over 25 years of experience in the government ICT industry, I am a seasoned and strategic leader who has successfully delivered complex, multi-million dollar programmes and projects. I have a strong background in project management, ICT standards development and enforcement, and IT strategy, which enables me to drive the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that deliver business value and support government objectives.As the Acting Director of Programmes and Standards at the ICT Authority in Kenya, I have played a key role in numerous technology initiatives, including the Digital Literacy Programme, the commercialisation of the Government-owned fibre optic cable, and several World Bank-financed projects. I have also led the development of the country’s long-term ICT Masterplan and the execution of its digital transformation strategy. I am passionate about leveraging ICT to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organisation and the country.
