An aspiring scientist and a passionate Biotechnology Student at Dow University of Health Sciences. I am particularly interested in Molecular Biology, Genetics, and Cancer studies and looking for research opportunities in these areas.As an emerging biotechnologist, I love to come up with innovative solutions for today's pressing issues ranging from waste management to revolutionizing honey production. Inspired by a startup idea for bee-free honey, I addressed the issue of impure commercial honey through a concise Google survey on the Pakistani population. I pitched this concept at the Hult Prize On-Campus program, aiming for sustainable and pure honey production.During the summer of 2023, I conducted research and successfully extracted Vitamin C from discarded orange peels. I utilized it to make an organic and herbal mouth freshener 'Citrusy Drop' along with my team. We showcased our developed product at the National Idea Bank Competition. We also presented our research work at several conferences and poster competitions like Biocon 2.0' 24 and Annual Research Week 2023 at Dow University of Health Sciences.
