About Toolsy Varma Bhantoo

Following a degree in architecture I took the decision to transition from design to construction. With over 10 years’ experience in Construction, Housing and Maintenance, and Pre and Post Contract experience in the full cycle delivery of a number of successful projects. My focus is on creating processes from the outset to maximise profits and efficiencies, I demonstrate this leading by example within a team or working autonomously. I believe in strong negotiation and driving processes through contract administration and communication is the key to adding value and a successful project delivery.
