I have always liked pushing myself. Fifteen years ago I was asked if I wanted to help build up a small logistics company. Since I had previously worked at big international companies, I thought managing a small up-and-comer would be a great challenge. All the hard work has paid off because we have developed efficient supply chains and created innovative solutions that benefit both local and international companies. My biggest motivator is my constant need for improvement. When I was managing the biggest product line at Elcoteq, a Finnish consumer electronics contract manufacturer, my branch had 2400+ people and one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the company. I’m the chairman of the Estonian Logistics & Freight Forwarding Association, and our goal is to improve the field. Today, I’m proud that we have made Logistika Pluss a company that satisfies both our business partners and employees. I have worked hard to establish a goal-setting system that allows us to deliver such great results and motivates us to come up with new solutions. We take pride in our methodical and systematic approach to logistics. This has ensured that our delivery accuracy has constantly been above the industry standard at 99,4-99,5%. But we are not just a logistics provider. We’re also a manufacturing production partner.
