As an assistance project manager at 365group, an event agency, I was in charge end to end of all operations needed for an event to happen. I liaised clients in defining the key elements of the event at the beginning of the briefing process; objective, target and budget. Most of my clients are within the high-end beauty industry, from cosmetics and skin care to hair products such as Esteé Lauder, La Mer, Tom Ford and Aveda. While working in parallel with the client, I also spearheaded the internal process such as creative idea and concept development and manage my team members and other related parties with a workable timeline. I also helped negotiated the costs of every components in the event (i.e. suppliers, celebrities and talents) on behalf of the clients to make sure that it is worth every Baht.When the real event took place, be it any type of events such as consumer event, press workshop, roadshows etc., I also made myself available at the venue at all times to make sure that everything is working in synchronicity as they should and even if they don’t, I will be there to solve them.
