Assumed the role of CEO from Floriway's start in October 2021 until May 15, 2023. Responsible for the actual merger into 1 company, Floriway. After May 15 until the end of the year, involved as a consultant in the next phase of building the new company and supporting in an E-commerce project for RFH.

DSV Solutions Belgium - In a newly created role in the management team, responsible for reorganizing and restructuring transport towards a more customer-oriented service. The goal was to improve service for current customers and increase transport revenue with new customers.

Verantwoordelijk voor alle transportactiviteiten van het toenmalige Greenery Operations (ontstaan uit de fusie van de veilingen en verantwoordelijk voor de sourcing van product bij telers). De afdeling kocht transport in voor 1300 telers en verrekende dit tussen transporteurs en telers.• Leiding gegeven aan afdeling die transport inkocht en administreerde. (10 FTE´s), verantwoordelijk voor het maken en uitvoeren van jaarplan transport Greenery Operations.• Plan voor invoering collectietransport alle telers The Greenery gemaakt en goedgekeurd gekregen bij de Coöperatie VTN (eigenaar van The Greenery). Daarna verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle uitvoering van dit plan.• Geautomatiseerde ritplanning opgezet voor de collectie bij telers.• Plan voor fusie met DIJCO gemaakt en uitgevoerd.• Budgetverantwoordelijkheid € 7 mio.

Verantwoordelijk voor de operatie in Bleiswijk waar jaarlijks 90 mio kg paprika´s werden gesorteerd en verpakt op klantspecificatie.• Leiding gegeven aan afdeling CSP. (20 FTE´s vast en 100 uitzendkrachten), verantwoordelijk voor het maken en uitvoeren jaarplan CSP.• Resultaat afdeling sterk verbeterd door oplossing operationele en administratieve problemen.• Budgetverantwoordelijkheid: fl 40 mio in/verkopen en operatie fl 5 mio bedrijfskosten.

Zeer diverse functie waarin ik heb deelgenomen en verantwoordelijk ben geweest voor allerlei projecten op logistiek, organisatorisch en economisch vlak. Voorbeelden zijn: Nieuwbouw loods en machine CSP (lid projectteam en operationeel uitvoerder), opzet tarievensysteem telers The Greenery (ontwerpen en doorrekenen gevolgen), werkgroepleider verpakken implementatie SAP, diverse logistieke verbetertrajecten ter ondersteuning operationeel management en projectsectretariaat bij een reorganisatie.
