Deal with all incoming post. Take bookings for room hire, weddings, Christmas parties. Receive payments and produce letters. Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets. Marketing 'cold calls' to advertise and try and sell tickets for events. Raise invoices and purchase ledgers. Input employees hours and onto payroll. Stock takes of all Units. Input all figures from stores and goods received and cash sheets on to a spreadsheet and produce a monthly summary.

Deal with incoming calls from solicitors, borrowers and financial advisors, solving queries and complaints. Control of all administrative procedures including refunds, producing statements, Certificates of Interest and to maintain a central store of files and Title Deeds. High Level of IT skills.
