Sheryl Dunham, owner of Top Form, went to Memorial Herman School of Massage and graduated in 2005. She is a licensed massage therapist by the state of Texas. She has furthered her studies in deep tissue and myofascial release and, she has been a medical massage practitioner since 2007. It is one of her passions to help others improve the quality of their lives. Massage is a non invasive alternative therapy that can literally change your life for the better. Sheryl expanded into corporate wellness when a client asked her to come to her office and adjust her work station.
