Todd Pack is responsible for the continuing revenue operations of existing offices and the assessment and due diligence of potential acquisitions. This role includes conducting opportunity audits and due diligence reviews for the purpose of acquiring financial advisory firms. He is also actively involved in forecasting, budgeting, cultural fit and risk assessment. In addition, Mr. Pack is responsible for working with each office on client case design which includes investments and risk management. In conjunction with this role, Mr. Pack chairs the Product Committee, which is responsible for the due diligence and training of products offered by the firm. This duty includes oversight of all acquired firms and their staff to ensure the highest level of integrity is maintained. He is also responsible for broker/dealer compliance supervision serving as the Super OSJ.

My business specialized in converting commission-based practices into fee based businesses. This approach was accomplished by providing coaching, business management and complex case design for individual clients. We were able to not only increase the revenues of the firms we worked with but equally important we were able to dramatically improve the value of the business while reducing the amount of time the advisers spent in the office.

Provided educational services to Financial Advisers across the United States. In addition to filling the role of COO, was responsible for training advisers and their staff on Practice Management, Investments, Compliance and Business Management. This role required extensive travel and public speaking. Our audiences ranged from 20 to over 250.

Responsible for the operations for an American Express Financial Advisers practice (now Ameriprise). While overseeing operations I was responsible for establishing marketing initiatives, forecasting, maintaining compliance and overseeing investment solutions.

Mr. Pack served in the United States Marine Corp where he specialized in counter terrorism and security. During his time, Mr. Pack was promoted meritoriously twice (2) achieving the rank of Corporal in two years, awarded Marine of the Month, Marine of the Quarter and spent significant time in specialized training schools including Marine Security Force, School of Infantry, Squad Leader School, Mountain Warfare School and Airborne Training School.
