The LBA and BAs execute consumer interactions for scheduled Program Nights in locally signed venues (bars, pubs, and clubs).The LBA will act as the primary contact with venue staff and management while onsite at the designated venue.While at a signed venue, the LBA and BAs will build brand awareness to gain exposure at promotional program nights. Throughout the duration of the Program Night, the LBA is responsible for managing the promotion, supervising BAs, and is always conscious of upholding the MSA and legal standards. The LBA will act as the program’s onsite troubleshooter.The LBA will also be responsible for helping the SBA managing and evaluating the growth of their team of BAs. The position also requires the LBA to regularly attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position.
