Transport for London—responsible for the day-to-day to operation of the Capital’s public transport, managing London's main roads and planning and building of new infrastructure.As the Solutions Architect, I was the Technical Design Authority on the development of two Condition Monitoring Solutions delivered into London Underground.The design and delivery of the Train Data System, an Oracle/Business Objects solution for the collection and reporting of telemetry data from trains on the Central and Waterloo and City Lines, involved database schema, report design, PKI, data flows, under-arching infrastructure design, and TDS integration with TIBCO BusinessWorks.The research and design of the Integrated Condition and Event Monitoring Toolset (ICEMT) involved working in conjunction with London Underground engineers and project managers. I researched and selected the data acquisition components, math components, analytics engine, server infrastructure, hosting configuration, network infrastructure, and security principles. ICEMT collects and analyses condition data from 5 asset groups including Track Vacancy Proving Sensors, Axle Counters, Position Detectors, Point Machines and Point Heaters. Affini is a UK leader in Connecting Technology - integrating fixed and mobile technology for application in complex environments.During my time with Affini, I was the Technical Architect on several projects with British Airports Authority (now known as Heathrow Airport), Gatwick Airport, and Edinburgh Airport.♦ British Airports Authority (BAA)/ Heathrow Airport ♦I led the separation, reverse cloning, and transformation of the airport’s Retail Systems. Consisting of Business Intelligence applications, ETL processes, and a Data Warehousing solution, these sophisticated systems house the businesses commercial data and is the billing engine for a significant portion of the business revenue. ♦ Gatwick Airport ♦I assisted in the separation of the security systems at Gatwick Airport from BAA, led the integration of Gatwick Staff Car Park billing systems into SAP Enterprise Reporting (£6,000,000.00 billing service), transformed the airports' security intelligence report (C6 Report), led the planning and outsourcing of the payroll and payments system, and worked on the replacement for Maximo.
