These changing paradigms are transforming and creating new business processes. Organizations need experienced professionals to integrate emerging technologies and design the strategies to handle these changes.★ I was the Technical Design Authority and Assurance lead for warehouse management, packing, shipping, and tracking using Psion Teklogix (Omni) devices. I designed all processes to handle secure wireless data transformation and integration with management and billing systems.There's also a need for greater agility using and understanding an organizations' data assets. This data can provide critical information for making smarter business decisions and efficiency improvements.★ I led the research and design of an Event Monitoring Toolset that collects and analyses condition data from 5 asset groups (circa 20,000 assets) connected to a rail transportation system. This Big Data system works with in-memory computing solutions improving decisions.My strong interpersonal skills lead staff to work as a cohesive unit and accomplish all goals.
