- Develop strategic and tactical plans that improve and grow the business- Travel to project sites periodically to review progress and provide guidance to Project Managers and interface with key government representatives- Directly or in conjunction with the President and senior management counterparts, prepare and evaluate potential government solicitation’s/RFP’s for action- Analyze IDIQ RFPs, develop proposal outlines and schedules, work with engineers and construction personnel to oversee proposal content, narratives, estimates, schedules, and perform editing and proofreading, prepare for and facilitates proposal red-team reviews, as well as prepare for and facilitate proposal final submittal oversight- Daily interface between the design, construction, contract administration and accounting - Periodic Design reviews and monitoring Design department submission schedules- Review government comments on design submittals that impact construction costs- Manage, direct, coordinate, and support all Project Managers and as necessary including their subordinates as when deemed appropriate- Resolve construction related issues that can not be resolved by Project Managers and/or make recommendations to the President as to how to resolve major issues including disputes or conflicts
