Responsible for the year over year financial growth and sales of the Eaton Fire Life Safety Notification, SafePath, Fulleon and MEDC Explosion product lines. Developed VAR's (Value Added Resellers) in each country as well as regional sales teams in the U.S. Implemented NG-911 (Next Generation 911), visual 911 via mobile apps and bringing enhanced safety, security and protocols to countries including, Niger, Turkey and Kazakhstan as well as Universities in Mexico.

Under policy and administrative direction, plans, organizes and provides administrative direction and oversight for comprehensive police services, security and law enforcement programs; provides expert professional assistance to City management staff in areas of expertise; fosters cooperative working relationships with other City departments, intergovernmental, regulatory and other outside agencies, various public and private groups, and the public served; performs related work as required. As Police Chief I oversaw, managed and directed all activities of the Police Department for the City and for surrounding areas in certain mutual aid circumstances. I was accountable for accomplishing departmental planning and operational goals and objectives and for furthering City goals and objectives within general policy guidelines. I monitored changes in laws, court decisions, regulations and technology that may affect departmental operations; implemented policy, procedural and operational changes as required and authored numerous grants resulting in financial awards.
