Administering the daily time sheet of workers. 2. To assist the superintendent in charge in discharging administrative duties as directed3. To constantly maintained an accurate track of hours worked for payroll processing4. Compile, collate and submit hours worked by workers electronically and manually to the superintendent5. To act as liaison between workers and payroll coordination to ensure the smooth process of pay distribution, calculating an employee's time worked, production and commission6. Maintain time sheet and accurately inputting time and attendance data in the computer7. To verify attendance hours worked and pay adjustment while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time earned monitoring and spotting employees while on duty8. To create leave time for employees and also keeping track of other leave times such as vacation, holiday, personal or sick days for workers9. Creating work schedules and change of shift(day and night) for workers bi-weekly. 10. Paying allowances, and work material distribution to employees as assigned11. Managing and updating workers record/database12. Ensuring workers adhere strictly to laid down procedure13. Managing and controlling the information received from the other time keepers and submitting for approval. 14.
