Achieved lifetime goal of traveling around the world for a year with my wife and son and then sailing the Caribbean as a family for more than three years on our catamaran, Dorothy Rose. Together, we grew as a family while visiting more than 30 countries across five continents and sailing more than 6,000 nautical miles throughout the Caribbean.

As Corporate Controller for Oclaro, completed five major acquisitions/mergers with operations in nine countries totaling $190 million in deal value. In the merger with Opnext, Inc. in July 2012, led Form S-4.
