Launched and built the initial sales and partnership frameworks for Provi in Colorado, an online ordering platform and sales rep communication tool that connects restaurants and distributor reps in the beverage alcohol industry.

Created a start-up that distributed artisan wine and spirits to Colorado-based liquor stores and restaurants. Developed a distribution route of 400+ customers throughout Colorado with award winning spirits and wines, including the Craft Whiskey of the Year (Whiskey Advocate), Distillery of the Year (ADI), and several Top 100 wines (Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate).www.blueskydistributing.com

Management, HR, Operations, Financial, and often cook/dishwasher responsibilities. Purchased Magnolia Steak and Seafood & Sushi Mara in 2008 and re-built the 5,000 sq ft restaurant into Magnolia Restaurant & Sushi Bar, a neighborhood restaurant, and town staple. Sold in 2012.The menu focused on ingredients sourced from local farms, made from scratch recipes and made-to-order menu items, featured some of the freshest and most unique Japanese sushi in Colorado, built a diverse craft wine/beer/spirits program, and was known for our backyard patio happy hours and events.

Managed a $1,000,000 Private Placement Offering for a non-profit that deals in micro-financing loans to impoverished women in Guatemala. Successfully closed in December, 2011 of the total $1M offering. Responsible for the management of offering, terms of deal, development of investing documents, marketing materials, and targeting of the private placement sale to potential investors.

Began my advisory career with Edward Jones with a focus on personal asset management in Boulder and Arvada, CO. Recruited to Morgan Stanley to join their Global Wealth Management Team, which provided private wealth management to individuals, estates, and small to medium sized businesses.One of the first Colorado-based advisors to focus on Socially Responsible Investing; portfolios were created using equities of moral standing in regards to workplace conditions, environmental stewardship, and philanthropic efforts.
