WHAT I’M ABOUT:When I was working as a motion graphics producer at Ant Farm, I found that there was often a shortage of the exact type of motion graphics artist I needed to hire: an unpretentious workhorse who would be happy to take on the more tedious production graphics work, and could be trusted to stay organized and handle a complex and convoluted task list when producers are too slammed to be able to keep a constant eye on the artists. Too many higher-end artists brought baggage and egos that barely fit through the door; I’m happy to take on your nightmare roto, your gigantic versioning mess, your unintelligible client design directives, whatever I can do to keep things chugging along (and keep creative directors from getting bogged down in the day-to-day). I aim to be cheaper, faster, more organized, more reliable, and in a better mood than whoever else you were thinking of hiring.I'm also well-rounded, as I direct all creative, manage all business operations, and do all product design for indie record label KILL ALL MUSIC. I have a good sense for top-to-bottom big picture and how even the little things add up.I’m not necessarily here to make the coolest work you’ve ever seen; I’m here to take all the drudge work off your plate so YOU can continue making the coolest work you’ve ever seen (but if I get to work on the cool stuff too, that’s definitely a bonus).- - - - - - - - - - -WHAT I DO:+ Design, animate, revise, and version motion graphics for a variety of clients, such as Activision, Ubisoft, Paramount Pictures, Disney / Pixar, Netflix, Warner Bros, Lionsgate, Sony, 20th Century FOX, Universal, STXFilms, Quibi, and many more.+ Find creative and time-efficient solutions to often nonsensical and entirely unreasonable client demands, with a positive & unpretentious can-do attitude.+ Use After Effects and the Adobe Suite (plus all the usual gang of 3rd party plugins, Red Giant, Sapphire, Video Copilot including Element 3D, etc), and Cinema 4D. I also know some audio software, like Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and Ableton, and have a bit of editing in my history as well (Final Cut and Premiere).+ Work on lots of campaigns that win Key Art Awards, Golden Trailer Awards, Game Marketing Awards, etc. Too many to list or even keep track of at this point.+ On the side, I run an indie record label called KILL ALL MUSIC, where I’m in charge of all business operations, design-related duties, and much more.
