In FinnArctic's service, I was assisted in concluding a Roca exclusive productcontract for Finland. In my work I focused on the sale and purchase of ceramic toiletseats, wall-mounted toilets and sinks, as well as creating product data for the ERPsystem. I had to quit the company because of my non-compete agreement, becauseFinnArctic faucets developed by the owners themselves entered into the selections.

At the Las Vegas fair we met the buyer of NCH Corp. subsidiary Danco. After negotiations, weended up selling the entire company's business to them. I myself started at that time as theoperational director of Danco Finland and a member of the management team of Danco,responsible for preliminary Nordic countries and the Baltic countries, and Europe in the secondphase.
