Senior Recruiter
Current• Works collaboratively with leaders in assigned areas of responsibility to implement recruitment strategies to ensure the availability of a qualified workforce to meet business objectives.• Develops and implements sourcing and outreach strategies to maximize the applicant pool and meet organizational workforce needs. • Develops an effective pipeline of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future needs of the organization; Establishes reputation of being a recognized expert in relevant labor market (i.e. geographic or functional focus).• Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and organizational fit; screens candidates as needed and presents qualified candidates to Recruiters.• Utilizing sourcing techniques to identify candidates in all regions of the United States, i.e. cold calling, networking, and internet research tools.
