As a System Administrator at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), I provide IT support and security for voice and data network systems, such as routers, switches, servers, and desktops. I also manage the inventory and tracking of all electronic assets, including computers, tablets, phones, printers, and peripherals. I have a Secret Clearance and two CompTIA certifications: Security+ and Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+).I am an Air Force veteran of 5 years, where I gained valuable experience in various IT support roles, both in stateside and deployed environments. I received the Air Force Achievement Medal twice for my outstanding performance and problem-solving skills. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering at Western Governors University, which I expect to complete in May 2025. I am a hard-working, optimistic, and collaborative person, who loves to help others and take pride in what I do.
