The Operation and Quality Manager at Grimstad Industrier AS is part of the management team and focus particularly on Controlling, Project Management, Continuous Improvement and QHSE. My primary job is to improve the daily operations and ensure that the overall operational, quality and efficiency targets are achieved.I started in April 2012 at Ugland Industrier as a Production Manager, then, in February 2013, was named Production & Quality Manager. - Stafa Industrier AS is the owner of Stansefabrikken Lillesand AS- Responsible for a continuous improvement program at Stansefabrikken UAB in Ukmerge, Lithuania. Stafa Industrier AS is the parent company in the Stansefabrikken group of companies. Stafa today owns a large industrial park in Lithuania, it has three production facilities, one in Norway and two in Lithuania. Stafa also owns Stansefabrikken Products AS, which is a sales company, developing and selling sheet metal products in the Scandinavian market.
