Working part time across Planning, UX Testing and Business Processes. Before going on maternity leave I was integral to setting up internal business processes for Connect IB before being merged with Redstone Connect. I now look after planning, testing and training of staff on our systems across CIB Bristol, Luton and London offices.

Integrating SQL database content into a .net framework of websites and kiosk interfaces. End to end project delivery from scoping the project with the client, designing and delivering the website including CMS system using HTML 4, CSS2 and javascript. Profficient in internal integration structure, assisting new team members in getting up to speed ont he DMS system and New VIsion mothodologies. One of two office based staff for FSA regulated Training Organisation. Key project - online training portal for the Financial Service Sector. Testing and converting user guides for www.fstc-ensure.com financial compliance-testing website, proof reading, preparing training material and general support for training staff and right arm to the company Operations Director. Managed all accounts and PO systems (Sage). Monitored IP traffic and maintained Access databases.

Designing, building and maintaining websites such as Weedclear Ltd, for a local weed control business. From concept to implementation, the focus of the project was on the usability of the design, the development of the logo, navigational styling using CSS, developing 'weed catalogues' collating content and images.Scotts Frames Ltd website to promote local painting gallery with access to a range of content, taking a dated brand and reviving it.

Project Managing Dell installations around the UK and Europe, from order to sign off. Responsible for rebuilding and maintaining company website. Scoping, purchasing and sourcing best prices for Hardware and Networking installations/POs. Tasks included stock control system development and staff training.Also designed company logo (very proud).
