Over the years I have been fortunate enough to mix strategy with technology and design to help make a better tomorrow. Humanizing technology is my main passion. I get excited when my clients share this passion and want to better the world with innovative product solutions. My focus is to be part of a team creating innovative and successful solutions that make life more enjoyable. I enjoy the fast paced environment and have worked in the field of high technology and consulting for the majority of my career. Although my background is based in design, I have developed skill sets in technology management, business and design strategy. This unique combination of disciplines has allowed me to be the forefront of some of the latest technology developments. I am proud that the vast amount of my client and colleague relationships has grown into long-term friendships based on the common passions shared. Building HSD to a highly creative and dynamic organization has been my most recent undertaking. My current responsibilities revolve around building and growing a creative culture where highly talented researchers, designers and engineers can collaborate and trade ideas in a safe environment. In addition to my engagement in HSD, I like to be involved in sharing my experience in speaking events, continuous learning and collaborating on new ventures with friends and colleagues. Product Development firm in Minneapolis. Challenge was to expand mid-west regional industrial design firm into a nationally recognized product development firm. Responsibilities included client relations, hiring, design strategy and program management. Great group of people and great area for family.
