PROGSeed is a pre-seed stage investment company with some friends. Not active, but have a few investments from 2010-2013. PROGSeed coinvested with StartupLab (www.startuplab.no), an IT and Tech startup incubator in Norway.

Served as a Board observer to support the company and it's long term investors (among those Stratel & IFE) with capital as well as a funding strategy, closing a substantial round (10x+ more than initial need and idea) ... I did not close it, ABSG did - thanks to their believe in the Hydrogen case well ahead fo the rest of the market. Closed AP venture and Nysnø as well as Mira Creation Fund (Honda) signing the days before covid closed Norway in March 2020. Left the position with new investors coming into the board. Way to go ZEG!

Delivery of new IT platform in 4th quarter in 2009.Finalized the integration of three companies owned by NYSE Euronext in 2007. New holding company established in the Netherlands.Initiated and concluded corporate build process covering build of corporate identity, brand idea, vision and missions.Quickly established new management team and strategies for 2007 and 2008.
