The purpose of the job is to serve as management representative in all aspects of the QEHS management systems, which include but is not limited to ensure that the organization achieve all requirements within automotive standards including management review, customer specific requirements, global policy and corporate EHS guidelines• System responsible for the management system in accordance with IATF 16949, VDA6.3, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001• Responsible for maintenance of certificates within the above standards• Implementation of updated or new requirements, like ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards• Responsible for internal and external audits• Management of direct reports with competences within QEHS• Secure the release of raw materials and final products• Responsible for the finished products test and approval• Customer and supplier complaint management process• Build and develop quality awareness within organization• Implementation of process for Quality and HSE incidents and ensure adequate corrective and preventative actions are taken

Work with auditee to ensure that audit and review findings are converted to effective, risk-based action plans, to verify actions taken, and to bring to the attention of management any significant unresolved issues or global trends. In my time with MI SWACO I have gained expertize with the following drilling fluids:- Spud mud- Lime/ seawater- KCl/ glydrill- Dispersed Bentonite/CMC- Drillplex- Ultradrill- Versavert- Completion fluids (CaCl2/CaBr2)
