I enjoy and believe in working together towards the goal. My approach is to understand the wider business and technical perspectives and to work in a persistent and structured way using every skill I have from hands-on in the lab to project management, while at the same time keeping a clear focus on the customer expectations. I have a master’s degree in Dairy Science and Technology and 30 years of experience in Global Food & Feed Ingredient Innovation, R&D and technical customer service.
