Key responsibilities: To contribute in the assigned markets towards the success of the international WMF Growth Strategy for the business activity: Through a wide vision of the entire culinary strategy in order to roll out projects and to identify and develop tomorrows drivers within the culinary premium sector; defining and reguarly optimizing the local WMF ranges which are enhancing positive, above market-average development of turnover, gross margin and profit

Key Responsibilities: Conception, preparation, implementation, review and evaluation of subject-related and sales trainings in the DACH region and further afield for various sales channels of the WMF Group as well as Groupe SEB; independent planning of the training region according to budget parameters; Product presentations and range consultations and creation of associated sales documents; acceptance of projects

Key Responsibilities: Support the strategic change-management process and implementation of a new organisational set-up within the German Field Sales Team; launch and first-level support of a new CRM system incl. requirement analysis and coordination with different divisions; prepare various reportings (e.g. performance trackings) for Sales Leadership Team; development, creation and realisation of training concepts

Key Responsibilities: Conception, preparation, implementation and review of subject-related and sales training for field sales and the back office at VGH and savings bank employees with emphasis on indemnity insurance
