Certified as "Project Management Professional" (PMP) and trained within "Situational leadership", "Emotional leadership" and "Cultural awareness" allows me to manoeuver at a high rate of success within my projects.Being customer facing external as well as internal to the company, my daily work is to integrate projects by leading and coaching cross country located and cross cultural based project teams.
