In my role as CSD me and my team were responsible for brand & marketing communication, concept development, project supervision – covering the holistic approach of cross-channel-marketing incl. ATL, BTL, digital marketing, content marketing, content marketing, social media, and CRM.

In essence, the littleblackcard project works on a similar level to a student card, however, in this case, it promotes the products and services of a wide variety of businesses across all industries and is open to everyone. Cardholders visit the community website (www.littleblackcard.de) where they will find various stores and service profiles, each of who have agreed to provide the consumer with a Little Black Cardholder offer. Consumers can make savings across a wide range of products and services while supporting charity too. A considerable contribution from each Little Black Card purchased is given to the children hospice “Sternenbrücke“ in Hamburg, Germany.

Responsible for liaising with the other agencies within the European division pulling on best practices in the region and sharing learnings from both the Irish and German market. Managing the marcom strategies, developing concepts, and project management & supervision. Responsible for devising advertising strategies and concepts in cooperation with the strategic planning team and international markets, advising clients on all aspects of marketing communication.

8 years packed with marketing & brand management, cross-channel-marketing with a comprehensive media-mix, implementation and project supervision (ATL, corporate design, literature and direct marketing), new business, control of account profitability, concept developement of CRM activities and ATL/BTL campaigns, defining and monitoring of KPIs for follow-up activities.

It was great to start my marcom career at S&F, from a "I am into it"-coffee maker to an "I know every trick in the book"-account manager.
