Working with software development and people have always been my major interests and especially the interaction between them is a frontier I thrive working with. With a background in computer science and psychology and over 10 years at a major international brand working with several of the industry giants I have extensive experience with software development and the processes around it. This experience is not limited to internal operations, but also handling multiple customers with diverging requirements at the same time. This I've used as a hands-on platform to educate myself on process and team development fueling my main interest of leading and developing people in anything from small teams to whole divisions.My main philosophy is that nothing is constant nor perfect and can be improved upon to achieve even better results cheaper or avoid devastating failure and I'm always hungry for learning new and better ways to create positive changes for the future. To me, the path forward is an ironclad focus on the tasks ahead and solving them one at a time without loosing sight of the bigger picture and ensuring that everybody is on the same page working towards the same goal.
