Managing strategy, business and people, providing differentiating customer oriented solutions and delivery capabilities within the e-mobility commercial operation and all its complexity. Responsible for full-scale charging network operation, R&D, related financials as well as industrial and scientific partnering, solution architecting and implementation in the Nordic countries.Past and present includes program managing complex large scale automation and control projects both within land-based energy systems and within marine engineering applications – working currently more than 8 years within commercial e-mobility operation and additionally 15 years in the maritime and energy sector.Have deep knowledge of electromobility, customer insights and the needs for successful implementation of solutions for electric vehicles within the different sectors involved (end-users, infrastructure providers, OEM support, smart charging, back-end solutions, SmartGrid implementations, utilities, interoperability, standards etc.).Have practical experience from all aspects of differentiating business models, design, agile development, implementation of solutions, and testing as well as operationalizing the solution.Experienced in forming and implementing strategies as well as people management, program management and project management in a multi-cultural international environment transforming customer needs into project component requirements, continuous strategic planning, progress monitoring and performance tracking with risk monitoring and control.
