I thrive in direct contact with people, both when we make strategic business decisions, when managers struggle to understand their employees and when employees can't see their potential used. I work professionally with facilitating meetings and workshops regarding business strategy, product development and group dynamics. I have worked intensively with Change Management - Implementing the strategic decisions - delivering professional service with recruitment, retention and succession planning. Working with people is always challenging and fun.I am responsible for the recruitment process in Denmark, and represent Denmark in our global Talent Acquisition team.
