Mönsterås jobbar smartare. Snart i en kommun nära dig. Här har jag bidragit till att skapa en digital strategi som utgår från att verksamheterna ser digitalisering som en förlängning av verksamhetsutveckling - inte som ett jobb endast för IT-avdelningen. Vi är långt framme när det kommer till AI och har bl.a. utvecklat en assistent för medborgarna som loggar in på vår hemsida.

Jag arbetar med rådgivning och stöd i samband med förändringsarbetet och införandet av hållbarhet inom den privata- och offentliga sektorn. Individer och grupper som har haft mig som lärare i olika sammanhang kontaktar mig för ytterligare stöd, till exempel för coaching eller workshops. Mitt fokus har flyttats från processutveckling för att fokusera på individer under åren, men det hindrar inte mig från att identifiera, analysera och utveckla nya processer som affärsbehov kräver. Giving lessons in software for media production. PM for websites of various sizes.

Responsible for internal IT services, network and computing as well as organization consultant to external companies.

PM for to reconstruct the Skeppsholm church to a functioning theater and then back again during 1998, where Stockholm was the cultural capital in Europe and some 400 projects where held to manifest this. This was one of them.

Lighting design for this fairly big theater was done for about 10 projects during this time. One of the bigger events was the theaters 20th anniversary. I took the initiative to expand the theaters children and youth stage to become what it is today, three times as big as when I got there.

Sundbyberg

Did all the lighting design for this small production team of 10-15 people. About 20 productions during the years. Acting and playing guitar, flute and piano. Some movies and television was made as well. Had a couple of apprentice from Dramatiska Institutet and did a lot of extra work at the side.

As Lighting designer responsible for the build up of Sundsvalls "Studio Scene" for children and youth. This part of the Region Theatre Mittlänsteatern was situated in Sundsvall and the other parts in Härnösand. I designed lighting for productions that went touring the landscape or stayed inhouse in Sundvsall.

This small production team did a lot of theatre for its community and a lot of touring around Sweden and Scandinavia. My role was that of a Technician and Roadie. I also earned my drivers license for bus with this company. I did my apprentice time for Lighting Design during these years and my Mentor Figge Homberg, was responsible for the Lighting Design even though I was executing many of the >200 shows we did as operator. I also did some acting and played music in some of the small programs the group put together.

I was responsible for the construction of a scene for the stage arts. All full time students needed a stage were they could do their examination work and grand openings by the end of each semester. I did this and did all the lighting design needed for the more than 200 productions that were put on stage by the directors of the school during this time. I did Theatre, Opera, Dance, Ballet and Singing performances of various sizes. Among the more unforgettable was a musical with Ulla Sallert as director.(She was Sweden's first Broadway export in the 50's). Here I learnt what a project meant.
