I work both strategically and hands-on with data solutions internally in the company and as deliveries to end clients. This entails many aspects from data management, -analysis, -visualisation and storytelling to more leadership-focused areas such as change management and strategy work. With everything I do, I strive to take the complexity out, and explain use cases, insights and impacts in as down to earth a manner as possible. Personally I do this in my presentations and courses about topics such as digitalisation, BI and AI. In my department I do that by fostering a culture with a focus on PoC and MVP to ensure proper alignment with end users all along the development cycle.I am tech-agnostic and deeply believe in falling in love with the problem, not the solution. I am therefore just as happy with a good solution in Excel, as I am with a Machine Learning solution, Power BI dashboard or anything else. As long as it's fit for purpose, I am happy.
