Leadership has been an integral part of my daily work since early in my career and life. Creating results through others has since my first job, shown me how vital is it to succeed in reaching goals and fulfilling ambitions. I believe in the Scandinavian management principles, although my experience tells me that direction and strong will, in some instances needs to be added to maintain balance in the company. I have always used visibility and accessibility as strong elements of communicating and connecting with employees, colleagues, customers, board and ownership.Strategic thinking, visionary approach and innovation are natural elements of my daily work and often used as problem solving tools. As a leader I am aware that in order to reach goals and results – I have to assure the presence of the right people, with the right competences, combined with responsible leadership and clear direction.Wellrounded management experience within Operations, Commercial and ability to build strong relations is part of my personal “DNA”,and has been an asset in maintaining strong connections with stakeholders. Operations & Commercial skills are founded in academics and extensive experience with operational as well as strategic challenges, with the ability to work hands –on as well as setting strategic direction.My motivation and where I do my best, is in seeing and understanding the “future” of the company and customers, setting direction through strategies, communicating and develop organizational competences in order to execute the changes and reaching the goals. Also energizing is building, maintaining and improving relations to the different stakeholder groups.
