After a career as CEO and business leader of private and public companies, Tore serves on several corporate boards and as a strategic advisor to chief executives of various companies. He is also involved in a number of ventures, through his company World Intelligent Network LLC. Tore’s business background includes successes as an entrepreneur as well as serving as CEO and/or a Board member for both private and public (NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE) domestic and international companies in the financial, encryption/authentication, leasing, shipping, technology, health care, manufacturing and construction industries. He has an MBA in International Trade with a minor in Computer Science. He is a graduate of the Board Executive Program at Harvard Business School. Tore started his career in the banking and financial industry with Citibank in New York, Canada and London, England. He was then recruited by Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), where he founded, built and ran (from New York and London) a large multi-million dollar global finance organization in sixteen countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America. He then ran a large New York Stock Exchange company (FlexiVan) and served as CEO of companies listed on NASDAQ and the London Stock Exchange. Tore has also owned several successful companies, some of which he started. As a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization He has served on the international boards of YPO, the World Presidents’ Organization and the Chief Executives Organization. Tore has served on many corporate boards. These include Deckers Outdoor Corporation (a NYSE listed company with brands like UGG, Teva, Ahnu, Sanuk, Hoka and Tsubo), where he served on the Audit Committee. He was also Chairman of the Advisory Board of World Technology Group, a large Canadian based global franchising company. Tore currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Advisory Board for a Seattle integrated alarm company and a SaaS software company. He also serves on the Board of Boloro Global Limited, a global authentication and crypto/NFT/rewards and gaming company and on its subsidiary company boards in India and Portugal. In his native Norway, Tore served in the Royal Norwegian Air Force. After an honorable discharge, he was awarded a scholarship to study in the United States, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, which he followed with an MBA in finance and international trade and computer science at the University of Oregon.
