My job with GMA is varied and very exciting. I help with customer service and support. I also create needed documents in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I program the back end of our website and maintain our database software. Currently I am also heading up the integration of our new website portal to billing and CRM software. I also assist Jessica Duke, the Executive assistant for Matt Rettick, as she needs me. This is the best job for someone with an eclectic skill set. My job is never the same. God is so good. He has given me the perfect work home!

ESL was a startup logistics company that was only open for a few months before closing. My job included finding loads for ESL to broker, arranging and dispatching trucking companies to pickup the loads brokered. Specialized in LTL freight across the country and produce goods out of Texas. I was also responsible for creating bills of lading, verification of insurance, licensing and credit checks on commercial clients. This is one of the jobs I enjoyed the most however was unable to find work in this industry when ESL closed because of my lack of experience. Licensing and insurance were too expensive to get my own broker's license at the time. I met the owner of ESL through D&L Anderson Enterprises. I designed his web portal system.

LEAnderson and Associates is a recruiting firm I owned that specializes in passive candidate recruitment and web brand marketing. My company has also performed several research projects, helped with resume rewrites, created toolbox applications for special client needs, overseen website implementation, social media branding projects, performed search engine optimization, business tool development, and resource management. My past projects included truck driver recruiting as TruckerJobs411.com. One of my largest clients ever was Courtney Raymond at Courtney Raymond Consultants. I started working with Courtney in April of 2011 as a virtual recruiter. I have learned much about general recruiting practices and the Financial industry CRC.

Dreamcatcher Enterprises was a trailer manufacturer in Bowling Green KY owned by me. The facility was run from my home garage and only closed because of a huge increase in material costs and supply issues that became insurmountable. Most orders were gained by Ebay or Craigslist postings and clients were developed from across the nation. Each trailer was custom built to the customer's specifications and was certified DOT legal. I designed each client's trailer and provided the schematics to my 2 man fabrication team for processing. I managed the team and was responsible for all potential lead development, business administrative duties, client database administration, uploading and downloading files, file maintenance, research and data validation, Internet research, database cleaning, invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll, sales, customer service, web design, job quotes, brochure creation (including photography for media creations), design, welding, team management, and fabrication of trailers built based on each customer's individual need. In the time Dreamcatcher's was in business, over 64 custom trailers were built.

Roasberry and Associates was a lead generation company specializing in information gathering in the medical field. My duties included managing the database, lead generation, research and phone profiling. I also helped with database setup, lead distribution and verification.

D&L Anderson Enterprises was another business venture I owned. I was responsible for all marketing and client development for the company. Services performed by D&L Anderson Enterprises included client support via email and phone, document creation for both presentations and display via the web or Power Point, research, general office support, website creation, program support, IT duties including security design and maintenance. The web development side of this enterprise was BeMyISP Hosting. The services provided included custom graphic design, server maintenance, logo design, custom business cards, e-cards, letterhead, web presence marketing consultation and business recruitment services. Photography tasks including graphic creation for brochures, media, and websites. Provided custom recruiting solutions and lead generation for many clients in sales and marketing industry. Also done technical recruiting for information technologies industry. Worked split-fee agreements in medical, technology, engineering and executive recruiting industry.

Sterling Testing specialized in employment and educational reference verification for clients of Sterling Testing. My duties included internet research for current contact information of companies that had changed addresses or to verify that a company was no longer in business. I was responsible for both overseas and US reference verifications. There was extensive records keeping and maintenance of files that were housed on the company server and accessed via the web at my home office..

Rabbit Connection was an internet company that offered services to network marketers that included lead generation, recruitment of members and sales support for many marketing plans and MLM companies. I was responsible for client support via email and phone, Internet research, document creation for web viewing, database construction, modification and maintenance, program support, customer service, marketing, customer account setup and maintenance. I also helped with product marketing and development.
