In 2019, I could beat my chest and call myself a Mechanical Engineer after completing my bachelor's degree with all the experience and learning that such an education would entail. In 2022, I could beat my chest again after completing my master's degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.These pleasant years of education led to a job in the oil and gas industry at Fishbones AS, where I began my career as a technical draftsman and product developer for a company that operates ground-breaking technology in well stimulation. As I was a little too restless to just sit in an office, I moved over to the operations department where I got to work in the field. Among other things, I now get to travel to oil rigs around the world to install our technology and ensure that the customer gets better use of their oil reserves.After my education and a currently short career, I want to boast that I know 3D-modelling, I know how to write reports and procedures and how to develop technical solutions. I like to work both in the office and in the field, and I also know a lot of other stuff a mechanical engineer must know.Outside of work, I sometimes like to run, sometimes go to the gym, sometimes skydive, sometimes light a campfire in nature, and sometimes something completely different.
