Exceeding budgeted EBITDA by 100% in 2009 - Rising core Corp KPI (Aircraft Availability) to exceed targeted level- Delivering the biggest single civilian helicopter support contract awarded at the time, on time and on budget. 12 new helicopters (7 replacement to new technology + 5 as net growth) - Building a leadership team of direct reports from a severely deficient position to a robust team of 8 highly skilled individuals- Received Safety award, from National Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), for best reporting Norwegian company in 2009
