→ Partner Portfolio management and strategic development→ Analysis and process development→ Representation at key conferences and partner visits→ Marketing & Promotion campaigns

→ Responsible for outbound mobility programmes including promotion, planning and operation of study abroad, including applications for external funding. Development of an extensive study abroad database as an information, application and evaluation tool for the International Office. → Analysis, management and strategic development of the partner portfolio (including Erasmus/Socrates, Norek and bilateral agreements worldwide) towards a diversified list of partner universities of high reputation that matches outbound mobility trends.→ Responsible for three student assistants manning the exchange frontdesk. Delegation of many day to day activities, as well as information meetings, study abroad fairs etc. → Constant adaption of programmes and processes during a three year merger between Aarhus School of Business and Aarhus University.→ Representation abroad at EAIE & NAFSA conferences, partner visits and other events. Event organisation, for example conference receptions at NAFSA 2009, 2010 and 2011; the Aarhus Partner Day, a 1½ day event held in combination with the EAIE conference 2011; various other events.→ Marketing & Recruitment activities in China, Eastern Europe and Germany. Analysis and cooperation with the M&R team in key markets. Setting up of the alumni chapter Hong Kong in cooperation with M&R and Alumni Relations.→ Country coordinator for Denmark in the Norek Network. Development and maintanance of the NOREK website. Organisation of the NOREK conference in Denmark 2009.→ Appointment process and job interviews of new colleagues and assistants.

→ 3 week staff exchange programme at two institutions, aiming for high quality student mobility services within different institutional structures.

→ Sales management for the trade fair ‘Euroshop 2005′

→ Project management and technical customer support management for several trade fairs.
