About Torgeir Aadland

As a young apprentice, I quickly learned that the theories taught in school often don’t align perfectly with real-world practice. While I still value those early lessons, my journey as an entrepreneur and scholar has also shown me the importance of having a robust toolbox as a foundation for future success.In my role as an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Centre Director at Engage, a centre of excellence in entrepreneurship education, I am dedicated to providing students with hands-on entrepreneurial experiences. I aim to equip them with the concepts, tools, and theories that will support their entrepreneurial endeavours.I am always open to discussions about entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, or any of my research and projects.
