CIS of Nevada is the state office of the nation's leading support organization for high-needs schools. The CIS formula is simple, dedicate full-time employees to our schools, identify the needs of students and help them overcome barriers they face every day. Our Integrated Student Support model is evidence-based and delivers consistent impact year over year. Located in Las Vegas, Reno, Humboldt and Elko, we are in 81 schools (and counting) supporting more than 90,000 students and families.

I collaborate with healthcare professionals, partners and community members to create experiences that exceed our customers’ expectations. As the lead orchestrator of Renown's loyalty program for 55 and older - the Sterling Silver Club, I help advance the mission, vision and values of our organization. Accomplishments include: *Co-led focus groups for 55+ to design a loyalty program from infancy. *Partnered with more than 40 clinicians and leaders as stakeholders to create a robust loyalty program, the Sterling Silver Club.*Manage events that help improve health outcomes for our aging population with results.*Lead of a 3-part Hospice series video project that told the powerful story of compassionate care which was shared and recognized by the #MyHospice national campaign by the NHPCO (National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization) *Team member in the public launch of the Healthy Nevada Project, a genetic population health study that resulted in 10,000 volunteers joining in just 48 hours. Eighteen months after the Project’s launch – myself and team members orchestrated the public announcement of 40,000 more testing slots along with initial findings from the pilot phase.*Implemented a successful integrated marketing campaign to launch Hospice Care as new serviceoffered at Renown Health in 2015.

I applied my passion for helping a mission I truly believe in to develop a successful fundraising and marketing foundation for a small non-profit that had very little resources. Accomplishments include:*Implemented annual events focusing on goals, creativity and execution including Homes for theHolidays, an established home tour, and other fundraisers raising 20% of annual budget; more than $1million for the organization.*Created a robust volunteer program that offered monthly birthday parties for the children, annual donation drives for school supplies, holiday activities and a plan for the donation center where families could access resources and contribute by giving their time alongside our community volunteers.*Fostered relationships among our donors, board of directors, community partners, volunteers, staff and the women and children to create a lasting impact.
