Work within deadlines to reduce cash variances to store’s P&L. Create lasting partnerships with field employees to resolve issues in an ethical and timely manner.  Responsible for assisting 200+ stores to understand and recover large cash variances on their P&L Identified opportunities and facilitated changes to current store SOP, creating documents to provide to store employees to assist with future trainings.  Collaborated with the New POS team to identify issues and provide solutions for system errors and training opportunities as the system is rolled out to the entire company Member of the team eVoice committee, organizing monthly team building & quarterly volunteer events.
