Designed and executed user observance studies that resulted in 5+ key product changes that 85% of customers began using within weeks of launch. Laid the groundwork for user analysis at Arbornote through personas, scenarios, users journeys, and eventually various research studies to gain a clearer picture of how users interact with the app to better understand user needs and improve usability.

As a student researcher, I actively participate in a variety of roles from brainstorming research opportunities, fine-tuning data and presenting findings within the Language, Culture and Cognition Lab run by Dr. Benjamin Uel Marsh.
