I love any form of exercise, but for me it isn't just about the physical rewards but the positive effect it has on my mental health too.Having worked outdoors with horses most of my life, when I decided I needed a career change, working in the fitness industry seemed like an obvious choice.I love running, working out and feeling fit, and wanted to help others realise their goals and feel the same!As a mum of 4 I fully understand the mental and physical journey pregnancy and motherhood takes you on. So it seemed a natural decision to gain the L3 award in supporting pre and postnatal clients with exercise and nutrition. Having also gained the NASM Weight loss specialisation I am confident I can offer the whole package to anyone wanting to look and feel like the best version of themselves.This was when I created VMS Personal Training, a mobile service allowing me to come to you and meet either in the comfort of your own home, in the local park, sports fields or any other convenient location. I provide personalised training programs that enable you to reach your goals, while coaching you on a one to one basis ensuring correct movement and minimising risk of injury.I share my love of exercise with my whole family, this year they supported me through my first half marathon. My husband and I enjoyed some child free time this summer completing Total Warrior together, inspiring one of our boys to run the Junior Warrior too!All my children enjoy mountain biking and football, and its wonderful to see how happy having an active lifestyle makes them.It gives me so much pleasure to help clients through the whole process and share their win when they reach their targets. I will be your personal cheerleader when you reach yours!!
