Performing Outreach in 9 communities around the Chicago Metropolitan Area to promote a Home Energy Savings Program. This program specifically targets low-income residents in hopes of reducing their monthly utility expenses as well as manage their energy use.

I work part time as an employee in the shop. I serve customers pretzels, help prepare orders, and help prepare the food. During the summer, I also help with the second business that the owners franchised, Pete's Pops. I help run events and I work our pop up carts and window in addition to making the popsicles.

My time at Urban Harvest was spent working with their Social Media and Events Coordinator and assisting with their Youth Garden Program. To meet the goal of expanding the social media followers of Urban Harvest by 12%, I shared content regarding the Youth Garden program at Flance Early Learning Center every week. Additionally, I assisted the Event Coordinator, Executive Director, and Development Coordinator in preparing for the fundraising campaign in event that takes place in October. I reached out to several companies in the St. Louis areas asking for donations. Finally, I helped work several Urban Harvest that promoted the mission of Urban Harvest and connected members of the community.
